Premise: In a world overwhelmed by distractions and endless choices, true progress and fulfillment come from intentional simplicity—identifying what truly matters and directing consistent energy toward it.
Ask yourself: “What are the two things that, if mastered or consistently nurtured, would make the greatest impact on my life?”
Note: Choose only two. The power lies in radical focus.
Once identified, these two pillars become non-negotiable. Build your life around them.
“If you don’t prioritize your life, someone else will.” — Greg McKeown
Define a time each day by which your work on the pillars is complete.
Example: “By 2 PM, I’ve made meaningful progress on my writing and my physical health.”
Control your day by starting early. Build habits, not dependence on motivation.
“Discipline equals freedom.” — Jocko Willink
Every 1–3 months, reflect:
“I live by two truths. I serve them early, with discipline, and release the day once they are done.”
